The Full Moon on November 14, 2016 will be an extraordinary sight! It will appear as the largest (14% larger) and brightest Moon in the sky since 1948. it won’t come this close to Earth again until November 25, 2034.
November moon is called Beaver Full Moon because this was the time to set beaver traps before the swamps froze, to ensure a supply of warm winter furs.
After a short walk,we will stop at an open space to monitor the Full Moon, live, Via Telescope.
A short presentation will be prepared concerning this full moon. We will also share some astronomy informations about the full moon namings and show.
Finally we will gather around a fire with wine and bread.
Everything in harmony, nothing is missed to enjoy the night with the clan spirit.
